Our service can start immediately with our 'Helpline' service* we can take control remotely of your PC or guide you through for fast minor repairs (you must be connected to the Internet). Call 0906 558 0032 from 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday for this service. For more complex problem solving (to include Internet faults) our qualified and experienced engineers will visit you at home, (normally on the same day and often within a few hours). Our sign-written vans are heavily stocked so we can generally complete your repair without taking your PC away and as we use highly experienced engineers (18 operating throughout Central England, all either A+ to MCSE standard but all highly experienced) our aim is to fix your PC problems quickly, at a value-for-money price (present figures indicate 90% fixed within one-hour with or without replacement parts).
Our team are here to deal with your enquires from 8:30am - 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm Saturdays and most Public holidays. Don't be housebound waiting for our engineer, once a booking is made, we keep in regular contact with you by Text, email and/or telephone with vital engineer's arrival times using our fleet tracking equipment, call 0800 018 5535.
