All engineers are fully covered with 'Public Liability' Insurance, enabling our customer peace of mind during our visit. Depending on the speed of your PC and the type of work required, engineers are generally able to provide hardware and software solutions within very reasonable timescales (97% within the minimum and fixed first one-hour charge).

Our first-class Customer-Care team will guide you through the whole booking process seemlessly. Don't be house-bound whilst waiting for an engineer to call, allow us to be pro-active and share engineer 'eta' information using our modern 'Fleet-tracking equipment'.
