Option 1 'Pay per call'

For immediate support, talk to our in-house Microsoft Certified Engineers (MCP) on 0906 558 0032 from 08:30 – 17:00 Monday to Friday. We can guide you through minor issues either remotely, (using specialised secure software if you have an internet connection) or by phone, without you having to wait for a home-visit. Calls are charged via your phone provider at £1 per minute and calls durations may last no longer than 20 minutes per call (although callers may redial).

Option 2 'Annual Support Plan'

For those seeking ‘peace of mind’ at a fixed cost, choose our ‘UNLIMITED USE’ yearly support plan, priced at a very low £120 (including vat) for one PC, (additional PC’s at £23.50 inc VAT) for all-year round support! This service is for software only solutions – (some problems will require a home visit to finalise a repair), we will discount our Same Day home visiting Service charge by £15% if a home visit becomes necessary. Please also note that our service is subject to staff availability, if we are unable to provide telephone support in the case of staff absence, we will offer the same discount shown above.
