"I'd been having problems with certain internet sites and was advised it might be my router so I bought a new one. The instructions that came with the new router were unclear to say the least and needless to say, although I managed to set up successfully, I clearly did something wrong as my laptop was still not connecting remotely to the internet via the new router. Called PC Doctor and their Technician arrived at 08.59 the next morning as promised - within 27 minutes to be precise he had me up and running. He also offered to clean up an old email account which was not allowing me to delete old messages for some bizarre reason. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending PC Doctor if you are having PC, network and/or connectivity problems. A great service. I hope I dont need again but if I do I will certainly call PC Doctor first.

When our home PC first started to misbehave, we tried all sorts of home-help type products that clearly didn’t work or have any effect. I was discussing this thorny problem with a friend one day who said that they had contacted PC Doctor who had been brilliant so why not give them a try. The same day I gave them a call and explained the general problem (as well as I could, given that I’m not fluent in “computer speak”. The person who took my call was great, really helpful and didn’t make me feel like a complete bozo for not being able to give technical information. I arranged for an engineer to call next day and though I wasn’t here, my husband was very impressed. The engineer was on time and worked hard to resolve the problem we had. He was here for an hour but in that time he gave my husband some great tips on how to manage our system better in future. We have recently had occasion to call on PC Doctor again and the service was just as impressive. There are no hidden extras, the price you are quoted is the price you pay. They are always open about the cost of their products and if you don’t want to buy from them, that’s fine. But the point is, they are reliable and if they can’t fix the problem, they tell you. The rain was beyond my control but I was totally frustrated that I could not rectify the PC problem even though the Microsoft Diagnostics appeared to offer a simple remedy.
Nevertheless my morale did pick up after a call to PC Doctor, their operator managed to cheer me up by arranging for a technician to make house call within 24 hours (I had to pay a surcharge, but I considered this completely acceptable as it was a Bank Holiday and in the end was a reasonably modest charge).
PC Doctor's technician arrived at the arranged time and quickly cured the problem. I was impressed with the helpful way the technician carried out the repair and the advice he offered was extremely useful. Throughout his visit the technician was reassuring and polite. He quickly earnt my respect and was a fine ambassador for PC Doctor. I have used PC Doctor several times, and each time the administration staff have been friendly and helpful. The operative have arrived on time so that I did not need to wait around in doors a whole morning or after noon for them.
They are polite efficient and dealt with the problem quickly and effectively. They talk to you at your own level of competency of computer skills and all this with out the hassle of having to unplug the computer and sundries then take the PC to a shop, where it will be dealt with in there time.

Fantastic! I had Terry come to clean my computer of alls its six years worth of rubbish!! Hadn't been cleaned in its life and was very slow. Terry explained I had a virus and erased all evidence from my machine without losing any data. My computer is now much faster - feels like new again!! Cant fault at all and will definately use again.
