Established in 1997, we have grown to provide unrivaled support to our customers with only the highest levels of service at very reasonable rates! We achieve this by using A+/MCSE qualified and highly experienced engineers. All engineers are fully insured and tested to reach a high skill-level, all targeted to provide hardware and software solutions within the minimum of timescales (Many repairs completed within the first fixed one-hour charge) ensuring our service is affordable for customers to call on us whenever they need help.
Our services start from £29.99 plus vat and now include; home-visits, health-checks, and laptop hardware repairs. We also build and install our own branded PC’s which come with the option to include fast delivery and set-up. Our first-class Customer-Care team will guide you through the whole booking process seamlessly. Don't be house-bound whilst waiting for an engineer to call, allow us to share engineer arrival information with you using our modern fleet-tracking equipment.
Our office hours are 08:30 – 17:30 Monday to Friday and 09:00 - 17:30 Saturdays and Bank holidays.
